Refund Policy – Overdose Memberships
No refunds, partial or full, will be given for Overdose subscriptions. Because access to the premium digital content is immediate, your access constitutes consent to your agreement with the subscription terms. Cancellation of membership may, in some cases, result in the immediate deactivation of account, including all access to premium content.
We reserve the right to terminate your access and subscription at any time for any reason. Sharing of OD content with non-OD members will result in lifetime banning from the Overdose, future live events, and other activities.

Refund Policy – Merchandise Purchases
All sales of physical goods are final. Replacements will be made when products are lost by the shipping provider or if there are any defects in the items received. Contact store@nobodylikesonions.com for questions or to request a replacement for an item within seven days of receipt of physical merchandise.
No refunds, partial or full, will be given for digital goods purchased, nor will additional downloads be granted once the contracted product expiration date has passed or the maximum number of downloads is reached. Please email store@nobodylikesonions.com with any issues.
