Patrick is joined in the studio by Tom Segura and comedian Ryan Sickler. Patrick and Tom convince Ryan that Patrick is a pornographer, and they make Ryan watch the prune brothers video. Patrick has to leave the show for a bathroom emergency, and then the show takes a turn for the juvenile, as is common on the program.
